I'm working on a Virtual Agent topic update and I'm facing some issues during the Update Set preview in my test instance.
The scenario:
I've updated some links within the VA Designer and published the topic. In my Update Set "Customer Updates", I see records of type Message with target names like va:topic:[sys_id]:node:[sys_id]:field:0.
Following internal guidance, I manually added all related sys_ui_message records for that Topic ID to my Update Set to ensure everything is captured. However, when I run the Preview on the next instance, I get over 30 errors stating: "Found a local update that is newer than this one".
My question:
Is it really necessary to manually add all sys_ui_message records related to a VA Topic ID, or should the VA Designer handle this automatically upon publishing?
Any help or documentation on the best way to move VA translations/messages between instances would be greatly appreciated.
