ITIL users are not receiving notifications in the "Show Notifications" (Bell Icon)

Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue where ITIL users are not receiving notifications in the "Show Notifications" (Bell Icon) when a Problem record is assigned to them.

have they unsubscribed from it?

They should enable that Show badge count

I am having the same issue. I've not unsubscribe and the Show badge count is defaulted to on. Several of the other agents I check also have the same issue.

 

Did you solve this?  I've seen this issue wih the "itil" user even though Notifiations are enabled and the particular notification is not unsubscribed
