Hi Team,

How we can get all itsm oob topics and conversation of  virtual agent chatbot  in our instance?which i share below screenshot.

i could only see password reset not virtual machine management (sn_managevm_va).

i could only see this in our instance. but i could not see full topic of virtual agent and handles.

It appears you're unfamiliar with Virtual Agent and I'd recommend before implementing it reviewing the deployment guide I previously shared (which discusses things like Topic Recommendations on page 22).
