Hi Team,

How we can get all itsm oob topics and conversation of  virtual agent chatbot  in our instance?which i share below screenshot.

It appears you're unfamiliar with Virtual Agent and I'd recommend before implementing it reviewing the deployment guide I previously shared (which discusses things like Topic Recommendations on page 22). You need to activate the ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations plugin (sn_itsm_va). It's recently become much easier as they've centralised the administration of Virtual Agent and activation of plugins into the Conversational Interfaces home page, I'd recommend you read the VA deployment guide on Now Create

yeah i already installed pluginITSM Virtual Agent Conversations plugin (sn_itsm_va), but not get all itsm oob topics and conversation of  virtual agent chatbot  in our instance.

Which ones are not showing? As having had a second review of your list, there are other conversations in there e.g. password reset (sn_pwdreset_va) and virtual machine management (sn_managevm_va).

 

Both of these show up in the plugin grouped list when you search for "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" in the applications list

I could only see Password reset not virtual agent management.
