Knowledge Article scree shots are not visible for end users in ESC portal

Hello Community Members,

 

We a issue which is related to knowledge screen shots, end users are unable to see the screen shots in knowledge articles in employee center. 

 

Please find the below screen shots for reference.

@NagiReddy Nagir It looks like the read ACL is failing for the images stored in sys_attachment table for the end users. Please try and see which read ACLs are failing on sys_attachment table and accordingly edit or create new read ACL for the end user on sys_attachment table.
