License Usage report for ITSM and ITBM roles

Hi,

There is a business requirement to utilize the dashboard to have a quick and easy view of what and how many roles we are using.

Can anyone help me with reports for ITSM and ITBM related license Usage reports.

I have tried creating one for ITSM but the report does not generate.

For ITBM there are so many roles like demand_user, it_demand_user, project_user, it_project_user, demand_manager, project_manager etc., How can I generate reports for these. Should I create individually for each report?
