When I add related articles, they appear when viewing the main article in the service portal. There is a Related Articles section on the right-hand side.
However, I cannot see where they display in the client. If service desk engineers are using Agent Workspace to find articles, the related articles do not show from what I can see.
Is it possible to show related articles in the client as well as the portal?
