Hi SN Community
We have a recorded list of approx 80-100 Service Accounts (with their specific usage) spanning different domains or environments like GSO, Corp, DMZ and SIT1 (System Integration testing)
ASK - From an on-going Review process standpoint, we're looking for a way to manage and track these Service accounts in terms of their 'password last changed' within ServiceNow and would like to know the best OOTB approach to do this.
When these Service Accounts passwords have expired after 365 days, then get ServiceNow to trigger reminder emails to our internal service desk team email address to reset the Service Accounts passwords.
FYI - We're on Washington DC SN platform version.
Any advice or direction is much appreciated.

Hi @p_raven007
I hope your Service Accounts are created in AD. If yes, you can enable Password Expiration Reminder. Refer https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-servicenow-platform/page/administer/login/task/password-re...
Thanks and Regards

Many thanks Amit - I suppose Service Accounts are created in AD.
Will check this document and see if this solution is feasible.

Sorry Amit - I'm not an expert on ServiceNow but this is all I see on our instance when I follow the steps to Navigate to All > Password Reset > Processes.
I just see the 1 process there.
Should I be creating a NEW process from scratch and attach the list of these 80 odd service accounts?? ... follow the procedure as per the documentation.
