Hey,
We have an issue where if an user start a live agent topic from ms teams and if live agent is online but not accepting the chat, then the virtual agent just keeps the user on hold and there is no message from virtual agent even after minutes later, user has to end conversation to get out from there.
We would like to show the user some wait time and if the wait time is over a message should be shown saying "try again later"

This looks like configuring the flow for just showing time. Isn't their any property or checkbox I can use to achieve this. We have show wait time for service portal
