We want to have a field displayed in portal for each catalog item that shows average fulfillment time for each catalog.
I was wondering what would be the best approach, is it possible to create a metric definition that differentiates duration between catalog items?
Would the delivery time not work for this?
Is it better to create a custom field in the sc_cat_item table that stores this average value?
I am lost at where to begin,
