Is there any way to add columns under impacted services/Affected CIs tab in MIM Workbench View.

Hi @Adarsh_Begur 
I don't think it's possible to customize the list layout in the MIM Workbench.
I would recommend raising a HI case with ServiceNow to get their inputs on this.
