Modify the list of "Short description" suggestions for Incidents

Hi All,

Could someone please suggest how to hide all options except for these 2 which i have marked (thick) in yellow?

I check your question in my PDI and I got the ans for that I hope it helps you Please refer below steps 

1. Right click on short description and select configure choices

2. You can remove other option and add that options that you want 

3. Here's the result you can check

could you please describe your requirement a little bit, what exactly you want. which fields and what are the type and what you exactly want.?

In the Incident table, there's a short description with a suggestion. When the suggestion is clicked, a pop-up box appears containing all the data. However, the user only wants to see 2 specific data marked in the above pic, and the rest should be hidden. How can i do this?  Thank you.
