Moving Theme/Style to other instances

I've created a custom Theme with styles that we like and I need to move it to TEST and PROD.  I can't find out anyway to accomplish this.  I tried to put it in an update set but that didn't work.

This was helpful, thank you. I did alter to just move Styles over to the current Theme, as we want separate themes in each instance.
