MS Teams SPOKE for ITSM

Hi SNOW enthusiasts.  To inform preparations to implement the MS Teams Spoke for ITSM - it would be useful to have a data flow options diagram to show configuration paths, data and decision flows  - ie Now Assist ChatBot & MS Teams Chat working in parallel, interfacing with ITSM for Request & Incident Mgt.  Does anyone have anything like this please?  Any tips appreciated.
