Need Assistance with Building a Detailed Technical Support SNow Report

Hello,

I need assistance building a detailed SNow report to show the number of tickets our Support Teams are resolving by day/week/month, how many times a change was made to the ticket (reassignment/hop), Resolution time (SLA's being met). There may be a report that already exists that I can modify?
