ServiceNow receiving Encrypted email

I am wondering if there is a way for ServiceNow to receive encrypted emails.
A user sends an email which creates an incident, but sometimes these emails are encrypted. SN will still create the ticket, but obviously, the body of the email is not readable. is there a work around for this and if so, can someone provide details on how to accomplish this....if it is a business rule, how would this be accomplished?

I seen a couple posts like this. It doesn't seem like it is possible for ServiceNow to decrypt the emails.
