Need Help with Flow Logic

Hey Experts,

 

I'm building a flow, for a catalog item. The variable takes a string value as email of the user, which can be of user who is not present in the system, basically an external user. I fire an event and send out a notification to this email,  asking them to send a reply. Once they do reply, I take further action based on reading the response.

 

I'm unable to wait for thier reply and my flow is failing multiple ways. 

Q. How to correctly wait for this email reply

 

currently, if i add lookup record action to check the reply exist, it reads this even before user replies and flow fails. 

If i add send email, this doesn't support the buttons in such a way that i can build a flow logic,

have you tried Wait for email reply action?

It might have been introduced in some of the latest version, I'm with Zurich 2 but perhaps it's been introdiced in Yokohama already...

 

Let me know if that features is compatible with your instance and if you had chance to simulate that scenario
