Need help with Virtual Agent

Hi Team, I am facing a challenging situation during Virtual Agent configuration setup.

 

I want to show the Agent transfer message & No available agent message a unique message for different portals. 

 

If I modify the message here Agent Chat settings. looks like it will affect all the portals had VA setup.

Can anybody help me out here

I don't think you can segregate it here as it will apply for entire instance.

I doubt if you can customize it for each portal.
