Need to highlight text in Add attachments in Service Portal

Hello,

I would like to make Highlighted text visible in "My instance" like what it displays in the "PDI instance". (ref. screenshots). Currently it appears in My instance but the text colour is not visible.

Can someone please guide me on this part?

@Community Alums This looks like a CSS issue, please use the browser inspect tool and see which css class is setting text color property. Find the same class in the CSS/theme and update the color.

Hi Sandeep,

I found the issue using browser inspect(Screenshot attached). Not sure how to edit it in portal?

@Community Alums 

Ctrl+Right click on the widget in Service portal as admin and then click on Show widget customizations button. Now you will find from which widget is it coming. Now open the widget and compare the scripts in PDI and your instance.

 

 

Click on 'Accept as solution' and 'helpful' if it does.
