New Button in Change request List screen in CSM configurable workspace does not bring up the modal

In CSM configurable workspace, when I click the new button, the change request modal / interceptor does not come up like it happens in the SOW. Would anyone how to configure this? I tried duplicating the 'Open change record' record for change request through 'List actions'. But that wouldn't work.

What was the error/issue observed when you mimicked the one from SOW? I'm wondering if you need to grant cross-scope access.

Thanks for the response. Doesn't seem to be cross scope access issue.

Steps to check:

1. Go to SOW - List - Change Request - Open -> Change request lists open

2. Click on 'New' button -> change model select Modal window opens

 

Works great!

 

Now, Go to CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

1. List - Change - Open

2. Click on 'New' button -> Now it either says 'No record found' / Opens up Change new record with default model loaded.

I want to configure this to open the change model selector modal window like in SOW
