VA - text response is not translated

Hi,

 

I have setup dynamic translation for agent chat which is working as expected. But some of the pre defined text messages aren't getting translated (as seen in the attachment). When I check under the language -> translation section in the VA designer, the status appears as not started or partial. Is there a way to translate this?
