i have did the agent chat option with MS teams , i am able to chat between the ms teams with the agent workspace options. i have below queries. Please help us on it
1. what is Private Chat/ Public Chat?
2. if Chat timed out, how to proceed. where can i change the time?
3. How to check who are available on queue?
4. Is there a time frame decided for ServiceNow Chat on MSTeams App?
6. How many Chats an agent can pick?
7. If an agent is already Chat will he get pop-up to pick a new one?
