Hi All,
I'm looking at our new starter process at our firm, we are moving over to a requested item from a service Catalog item that HR can submit. When this happens it creates a few Catalog tasks for setting up through the use of flow designer.
But one thing that I cna't get to work is creating an automatic new starter checklist which a PA can fill in to give IT answers for setting the user up (Distribution list etc)
A way I thought about doing this was creating a survey called 'new starter checklist', making it oublic, and then sending a notification to the PA with the link to their survey, including the requested item number, which they insert into a reference field question on the survey. However, i can't workout how to populate this into the requested item's work notes.
Any help or alternative ideas would be greatly appreciated,
