NLU Vocabulary Source Error in ServiceNow Demo Instance

Hello Experts,

 

I'm encountering an error while training a pre-built ITSM NLU model in a ServiceNow demo instance.

 

The initial error message is: "The model references a vocabulary source which hasn't been synced - personName. Please sync the vocabulary source before retraining the model."

 

Attempting to sync the vocabulary source results in the following error: "ERR058: Failed to submit training job. - reason: There is a configuration or network error. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again."

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
