Normal and emergency change models visible only after page reload in SOW workspace

Hi Everyone,

 

In the SOW workspace, I attempted to create a Change Request from an Interaction record by clicking the "Create Change" button within the interaction.


This action redirects me to a page where I must select a Change Request model. Initially, the page displays only the standard change models; the normal and emergency change models are not visible. However, after reloading the page, the normal and emergency models appear as expected.


Could you please help me understand why this behavior occurs?

Hi  

 

Sometimes, the workspace UI doesn't immediately reflect the available change models due to caching.

  • Solution: A page reload temporarily resolves this, but for a permanent fix, you can try clearing the cache / try same functionality in incognito/private window of the browser. Even after that , if it does not work , can you repair the relevant plugins and try.

Thank you for your reply. I tried clearing the cache and repaired the service operation workspace plugin. I even updated to the latest version. Still, the normal and emergency change models were not visible.
