Notification email for incident alert

Good morning,

it is requested to implement the following email notification for the table Incident Communication Plan [incident_alert]

"All IA with Assignment group= ITAM_XXXXX if they have expired "Estimated Recovery Time | u_estimated_recovery_time" and send email to xxxxxx@mail.wind.it every hour until the actual closure

What is your question? 

I assume you are not here to just tell us what you are doing? But you also haven't told us what you have already tried and what didn't work. 

You are welcome for my reply, but I am not sure what it is you are asking us for.
