I’m trying to make the Virtual Agent header in Now Mobile match the one in Employee Center, where I have a custom branding set. In Employee Center, the title is different and includes an image, but in Now Mobile it still shows the default “Now Assist.” I’d also like the menu items to match those in Employee Center — currently, only the chat image is the same somehow.
I came across the article “Now Mobile Virtual Agent cannot inherit profile picture and name from Virtual Agent in Service Porta....” Does anyone know if this is still valid and if it’s still not possible to achieve this?
