I'm currently working with a customer, using different sharepoint/Power Apps/excel and other 3rd party solutions to manage OKR. They have lisences for CIM - and from what I understand, a combination of idea portal and CIM would pretty much cover their needs for OKR management. We also looked at SPM and goal framwork, but implementation of there modules are so far out of reach.
Do anyone in the ServiceNow community have experience with OKR management with idea portal /CIM? Or other powerful combinations of ServiceNow features? Greatful for all answers 🙂
