Performance issue only at a certain time of the day

I am facing a strange issue, Where a few of the users (Not all the users) experiencing slowness with ServiceNow between 9 PM to 10 PM IST time. When I try to impersonate that user from my machine it works fine and when the user also tries to log in from my machine through a remote session it works fine for them.
We are not sure what exactly is causing this issue. Can someone help me here.

- System Logs: Review the system logs in ServiceNow for any errors or warnings specific to these users during the reported times.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize ServiceNow's Performance Analytics to analyze if there are any unusual spikes in system usage or slow transactions during this period.
- System Resources: Check if the users' systems are running resource-intensive tasks during this time, which might slow down their interaction with ServiceNow.
- Browser/Client Performance: Ensure the browsers or ServiceNow clients these users are utilizing are updated and not overloaded with extensions or multiple tabs.
- User Roles and Access Rights: Check if there's anything unique about these users' roles or access rights that might be causing additional processing or restrictions.
- Custom Scripts or Workflows: Review any custom scripts, business rules, or workflows that might be executing during this time frame, which could affect performance.
- User Activity Logs: Analyze the activity logs for these users to see if they are performing any specific actions that could be causing the issue.

This certainly sounds like an issue on the client device. Check for anti-virus scanning during this period on the impacted devices. I have seen that on multiple occasions produce performance issues with the characteristics you describe.
