PKG files cannot be attached in sc_req_item

We have tried to add PKG files in sc_req_item but it doesn't work, has anyone had the same problem?

Hi,

The issue was resolved updating the "glide.security.file.mime_type.validation".
So for now is not a secure way to do it, so We recommended the user to change the file to a zip.

Nice one on the property find. 

That's what I had suggested to use Zip file in the beginning but anyhow we are here now with a new property - new learning .

Yep,
But I hope ServiceNow get a solution so any security propertie needs to be updated.
