Platform Analytics - Rich Text - Washington DC

Hi everyone, 

Currently, we have migrated to the latest version of ServiceNow update (Washington DC). I have an issue when I try to modify or add a new rich text element. No matter the action on the visual it reverts to default font properties. 

Is this a bug in the Washington DC release?

Check if you have any plugins that need to be updated. I had issues with Platform Analytics not working at all (couldn't add data) and eventually (took them 4 weeks) they came back with the remarks that not everything was updated correctly. That they are using more and more store applications and plugins isn't helping in the upgrade process.

Thanks @Mark Manders, Updating the Platform analytics plugins did fix the issues
