Platform Header on Virtual Chat window

Hi All,

I am working on a requirment where we have embedded Virtual Chat link on 3rd party application as hyperlink(https://dev205477.service-now.com/$sn-va-web-client-app.do).

 

On clicking the link, the user is redirected to below page where SN Platform headers are appearing and link got appended, as highlighted below :

Can someone please help how to resolve this issue.
