I have attempted to install the Workforce Optimization Plugin into my own PDI Instance with no success. It looks like there are some dependencies /requirement to procure from store, again unable to work out how I introduced this in to my PDI and what costs are associated with doing so?
Please could you provide some support/guidance

you cannot get it to your PDI without the entitlement from the Portal:
https://store.servicenow.com/store
With this your client will be "sponsor" of allowing you to install it to your PDI but you cannot go and install it to your PDI on your own... have you seen the video I shared above?
It's old layout, however it can give you an idea about the process..

you are right about the dependencies from the store:
If you are employee of an organisation who is a ServiceNow's partner you might have it installed on your PDI but talk to your platform owner / client to allow you this as there are some entitlements.
Also, refer to this video by the Duke:

Hi Tera,
PDI is my own personal PDI outside my organisation, they do not support my PDI.
Please can you advise how i work around this, how i go about obtaining the WFO plugin in my own personal PDI?
Thank you, Hayley
