Good afternoon
Please guide me on the following: I have a catalog item in which an idea can be logged
Once logged the variables appears in the RITM.
The idea has to be approved or rejected by the idea logger's manager. Not all managers have the ITIL role so I was thinking of adding the variables that the manager needs to fill in, in the approval email.
I don't know how to do this part. Any ideas please? Or is there a better way to do it?
Regards
Thereza

Hello, I understand the requirements
but it is not practically good thing to do
instead ,you can provide them the rest of the variables so they can understand what they are approving or rejecting(refer this article to see how to add variables )
Thank you

the approver can see the RITM variables in portal page.
approvers should have "approver_user" role
are they not able to see?
If you can't give them itil role then give them "sn_request_read" role
Non-ITIL users are unable to see the variables in the Approval record on the Mobile app.
