Pre-fill COE field in Workspace case creation

Hi all,

 

I hope you're doing well!

 

In my system, we only use 1 COE, which is the HR Case (sn_hr_core_case). In the case creation trough HR Agent Workspace, I want to have the COE field automatically filled with the HR Case, because it's the only one we have and it's weird if we need to select it. I know it is automatically filled in if you select the HR Service, however I would like to already have it pre-filled.

 

I know that it might be changes in the COE field in UI Builder, but not really sure yet on 'how to'. Any ideias?
