Priority is showing 5 on new incident record

Hi All,

 

In test environment, priority value is automatically set to 5 when a new incident record page is opened.

It is showing as 4-Low in Dev and PROD, but not in test.

I have checked the default value which is set to 4. 

Any suggestions on how this can be removed ?

Are the values for different priorites (p1-p5) the same across all of the instances? Perhaps your missing a value in test environment that may not be aligned with prod and dev

 

As a last resort option, rather than spending too much time troubleshooting you could consider just cloning over test from prod to resolve this issue. As long as it doesn't hinder any work moving from test to prod
