I want the problem record link in my email notification to be redirected to the Next Experience. So what should I do? Is it can be done by using plugins?

in your notification body give this
I assume notification is on problem table
If notification is on some other table then you can use email script and show the URL for Service Operations Workspace i.e. SOW
