I want to add a monitoring feature to my instance. When I use third-party software (Postman) to perform create actions on my instance via REST API, I hope to monitor the response status codes. Specifically, I want to send a notification when the response status codes are in the 400 range.
I attempted to find the relevant log information in my instance to trigger my notification behavior, but I couldn't locate it. I can see the response from ServiceNow in the Postman interface, which is 201. However, when I tried to confirm it in the system log, I couldn't find it. Instead, I found the necessary information in the Node Log File Browser. This is confusing to me.
How can I retrieve the response status codes on the ServiceNow side and use them to trigger notifications?
