Hi all,

 

With ITSM Pro it is possible to detect category, assignment groups and generally speaking values from user input (free text) to automatically fill in incidents or requests?

 

If so, what is needed to trigger it? Predictive Intelligence and NLU only?

 

Also, it can be triggered immediately or some prerequisites are needed (e.g. a minimum number of records)
