What is maximum window time for re-schduling the Online CSA exam in case the exam window has passed

Hi @kushagra agarwa,

usually it's been 24 hours for online and 72 hours for proctored exams.

BUUUUUUT ☝️ these days thete's a switch between exam facilitators and until 17th November it might not be possible to register. From 18th November on it will be available and all done through the SN University, webassessor will be no more.

EDIT: for passed dates, you can try your luck and ask the support to reschedule. My former colleague got it rescheduled due to electricity outage at the exam start, but he reported directly afterwards. If you contact them days after passing it then I'm worried that's too late :((

That's not possible. You have to pay again to give this exam.

Thank for your revert.

But if in case if someone miss his/her exam in that case follow the below instructions and you will be able to get the new vochure.

To request a new voucher, submit a case to the Certification Team via ServiceNow University. On the Case form, select Category "Credentials" and Subcategory "Voucher", and use the subject line "Missed Exam - Need a New Voucher" and request for the new one.

Servicenow sends reminder 3 days before exam, 1 day before exam, if you misses you have to pay again.
