Reducing the maximum size of attachments in ServiceNow instance

Hi All,

We are considering reducing the maximum size of attachments system property "com.glide.attachment.max_size" value from 1024 Mb (OOTB) to 200 Mb. Has anyone implemented this change in their projects? If so, could you share any insights on potential impacts or user experience issues we should be prepared for?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

the max limit is 1024 Mb.

if you reduce it no potential impact or use experience issues

Simply user can't upload more than 200 Mb, that's it.
