Can anyone please assist me with the stepwise approach for "how to use SmartmAssistant – E-mail triage Solution in service now"?
The SmartmAssistant – E-mail triage Solution - Churning hundreds of e-mails, using Generative AI approach to Summarize, Extract, Classify and perform Sentiment Analysis – has been enhanced by integration with ServiceNow; user will have the capability to create a ServiceNow ticket automatically from this platform with email content fetched & populated.
Please help us to implement above requirement?
