Related to scheduled report -getting empty REF email content

Hi All,

 

Users are receiving "REF" emails instead of the original report content. This issue began after the scheduled report was set to run as a user who has since left the organization.

 

We attempted to change the "Run As" user, but the problem persists. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
