Report to show SLA achieved count,SLA breached count and SLA met % for that month for all priority.report should be something like in screenshot.I need report using datavisualization for incidents only for certain groups.

Can someone help me Please

Exact replica of report shared in your attachment is unfortunately not possible in ServiceNow.

You need to go with dashboard with multiple visualizations.

Data visualization is just advance part of core UI report where it shows the more detail rather than hovering each component.

You can achieve something similar using performance analytics, there you have to create indicators to get the number and percentage of totals.

Once you go through the PA then you will get idea what you can do for this report. There are some out of box are available, you can check those as well

 as @Bhimashankar H have suggested, platform analytics with performance analytics is the way to go, as one of your requirement is calculation of percentage.
