Response SLA transfer ticket from one assignment group to another group

Hi Team, 

i need to create a report where response SLA breach by other teams before transferring to correct application group. 

kindly suggest how can i do that, what filter i can apply.

You could look into SLA breakdown by assignment group plugin.

Hi, i am working as front end user, is there any other way to create this kind of report. 

like before ticket assign to our group it assigned to some other group, i need to check for the same.
