Right Click is not working in Incident form

When i click Right Click in the incident form it is showing the system right click options

May you try to click on the gray header

but, what kind information that you need?

Inspect and check the console on incident page, there is probably an error in your console due to some erroneous script running on load.

still it is showing the same web right click only

Check and confirm the instance has loaded completely before you try the right click on form. Make sure to clear cache and try in Incognito or InPrivate window from your browser.

If issue still persist, it is possible there are issues in your form due to underlying wrong configuration. Refer below posts to check on potential issues using browser developer tools,
