I have an inbound action that when an email is sent to a specific email address it creates a request through a catalog item. The problem is the RITM's Item field from that request automatically takes on the title of the catalog item. Is it possible to make the RITM's Item field take on the subject of the email instead of the title of the catalog item?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @TStark ,
No it is not a good idea. As Item field in RITM represents the catalog item from which the request is raised and it a reference field. So if you will update it, which means breaking the relationship/connection. It is never recommended to update that field.
I will suggest to consider storing the Email Subject in 'Short Description'/'Description' field of RITM.

Lol, that's impossible.
The Item field is a reference to the catalog item table. It has to say which item the RITM is for.
Consider adding a worknote/comment on the RITM with the Email subject.
