Scheduling Assistant message -cannot modify allowed duration of change in message

When scheduling a Change, the attached message appears when I click on the Scheduling Assistant in the warning message at the top of the Change form. I then get this message. How can I chance the "Duration of this change request exceeds the available 4 hours maintenance window"?
The maintenance windows are more than 24 hours. How can I change the 4 hour limit?
