Service Operations Workspace Incident Cards Functionality

Hello, I am trying to update the SLA Card for the SOW Incident view: The Bottom card in the blue section.

Even though there is an SLA the card is not showing any information. Where is this card configured?


Should be showing this SLA information:

this is already present on the "Service Operations Workspace" view in related Records

This article is for HR module but concept is same. Go to sys_ui_list table from Application Navigator and make sure task_sla entry is available for Parent 'incident' for the View

Looks like there is already an entry for that, and it has list elements in it.
