Servicenow Blackout conditions not working as expected

I have created the following blackout window condition and it has one exception for a specific Configuration item name - which works as expected.

but as soon as I want to add a second exception to this list, like this.   the conditions are not working and changes with either of these CI names are been flagged as a conflict with the defined blackout window.

Hi @Alan_Mou,

can you please explain what is the desired condition in the end?

If you want to have two "bigger" conditions, then use the "Add OR Clause" above the first condition line.

Let me know how the condition should look like and we can try to build it together... if you use SNUtils browser extension, you can build the query in the Outage list view and then double click the query to copy and double click to insert it again..

thanks..   the issue was the use of the OR clause with the negative condition..  it works when its changed to AND

Perfect! Glad to hear that you resolved your issue!
